Piers O'Conor
Piers O'Conor (born 28 August 1995) is an English professional rugby union player who plays as a centre or fullback for United Rugby Championship club Connacht. At international youth level he represented Ireland under-19 and England under-20. Early life Born in Sydney, Australia, O'Conor was raised in England. He is also eligible to represent and through ancestry. O'Conor took up rugby at Cumnor House School aged seven. He played for several clubs in Sussex, including winning the national U-17s Bowl with Heathfield and Waldron in 2012, before joining Eastbourne College where he was coached by Russell Earnshaw. Career O'Conor played for Ireland under-19s in 2013 before signing for Wasps. He made his Wasps debut in November 2014 in the Anglo-Welsh Cup against Sale Sharks. Edward Jones (born 30 January 1960), known commonly as Eddie, is an Australian rugby union coach and former player. He most recently coached the Australia national team from January until October 2023. He previously coached Australia, Japan and England. He returned to the role of Japan head coach in January 2024. He coached Australia between 2001 and 2005, taking the team to the 2003 Rugby World Cup final. The RFU Championship is an English rugby union competition comprising twelve clubs. It is the second level of men's English rugby and is played by both professional and semi-professional players. Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club is an English professional rugby union club based in West London. The club's first team are the reigning RFU Championship champions of 2024–25 but were considered ineligible for promotion to Premiership Rugby as their home ground's capacity is too small. The New Zealand national under-20 rugby union team, nicknamed the Baby Blacks, is the representative rugby union team from New Zealand. 2015 World Rugby Under 20 Championship
The 2015 World Rugby Under 20 Championship was the eighth annual international rugby union competition for Under 20 national teams. The event was organised for the second time in Italy by rugby's governing body, World Rugby. Twelve nations played in the tournament, with matches hosted by Parma, Viadana, Calvisano and Cremona, host city of the final match. England went into the tournament as the two-time defending champions after they successfully defended their title in the 2014 IRB Junior World Championship (as the tournament was known through 2014). Donnybrook Stadium, known for sponsorship reasons as Energia Park, is a rugby union stadium in Donnybrook, Dublin 4, Ireland. The stadium has a capacity of 6,000, including a 2,500 seat covered grandstand which was completed in early 2008. The Ireland national under-20 rugby team was formed in 2006, having previously been known as the under-21 team. History Ireland have won the Grand Slam four times and the Six Nations Championship five times: 2007, 2010, 2019, 2022 and 2023. In the pandemic-truncated competition in 2020, Ireland won the Triple Crown. At the time the competition was halted, Ireland were undefeated and led the table.
