''Pettaikaali'' is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language romance and mystery television series that aired on Aha Tamil. Its producer and showrunner was Vetrimaaran and it was directed by La.Rajkumar.It was produced by Grass Root Film Company, and stars Kishore, Kalaiyarasan, Sheela Rajkumar and Vela Ramamoorthy. The plot is about a village boy named Pandi, who is a Jallikattu player. It is the first Tamil language series about the traditional bull-chasing sport. The series comprised eight episodes, and was released on 21 October 2022. Plot The story centres around a village boy named Pandi, who manages to control a bull that belongs to the girl he loves with the use of deceptive tricks. This encourages him to learn how to tame a bull without any deception. (or ), also known as and , is a traditional event in which a bull ('' Bos indicus''), such as the Pulikulam or Kangayam breeds, is released into a crowd of people, and multiple human participants attempt to grab the large hump on the bull's back with both arms and hang on to it while the bull attempts to escape. Participants hold the hump for as long as possible, attempting to bring the bull to a stop. Santhosh Narayanan
Santhosh Narayanan is an Indian composer and musician in the Tamil film industry. Early life Santhosh Narayanan was born in Tiruchirappalli, India. He is the younger of two children. He was educated at RSK Higher Secondary School, Tiruchirappalli. Santhosh Narayanan completed his B.E., Computer Science & Engineering at J. J. College of Engineering and Technology, Thiruchirapalli. After completing his education, he worked as a recording engineer, arranger and programmer, before beginning to produce independent music and compose for films. He composed the music including two original songs for the Telugu short film ''Advaitham'', He was also part of the contemporary folk music band "La Pongal" in which he performed in a few live shows in 2009. aha is an Indian subscription video on-demand and over-the-top streaming service which offers Telugu and Tamil-language content. It is owned by Arha Media & Broadcasting Private Limited, a joint venture by Geetha Arts and My Home Group. The service was soft launched on 25 January 2020 and launched officially on 25 March 2020, coinciding with Telugu New Year (Ugadi). History Allu Aravind revealed that he was enamoured with the digital environment and developed a habit of binge-watching. Soon he came up with the idea of starting a streaming platform for hosting solely Telugu content.
