The Personnel Secretary popularly called as Secretary (P) is the administrative head of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) under Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Noida, short for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, is a planned city located in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Arun Bhatnagar ( hi, अरुण भटनागर; born 10 June 1944) is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1966 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre who has served in various capacities in the State and with the Government of India. Lieutenant general (Lt Gen, LTG and similar) is a three-star military rank (NATO code OF-8) used in many countries.
