Tibetan Name
Subash Lama Tibetan names typically consist of two juxtaposed elements. Family names are rare except among those of aristocratic ancestry and then come before the personal name (but diaspora Tibetans living in societies that expect a surname may adopt one). For example, in Ngapoi Ngawang Jigme, ''Ngapoi'' was his family name and ''Nga-Wang Jigmê'' his personal name. Jetsun Pema (; Wylie: rje btsun padma, born on 4 June 1990) is the Queen of Bhutan as the wife of King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck. She is currently the youngest queen consort in the world. She and the King have three children: Jigme Namgyel, the heir apparent to the Bhutanese throne, Jigme Ugyen, and Sonam Yangden. Pema Khandu
Pema Khandu (born 21 August 1979) is an Indian politician and the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh. He is the son of former Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Dorjee Khandu. Since assuming the office of the Chief Minister in July 2016, he and his government have twice changed their party affiliation; in September from the Indian National Congress to the Peoples Party of Arunachal, and then in December 2016 to the Bharatiya Janata Party. Pema Tseden (), also called Wanma Caidan (; December 1969 – 8 May 2023) was a Chinese Tibetan film director and screenwriter. He was a professor at the China Academy of Art in Hangzhou and a member of the Film Directors Guild of China, China Film Association, and Chinese Film Literature Association. He is known for making many films entirely in Tibetan language and presenting a more realistic depiction of Tibetan life as opposed to the exoticism often associated with the region. Jetsun Pema ( Tibetan: རྗེ་བཙུན་པདྨ་; Wylie: rje btsun padma; , born 7 July 1940) is the sister of the 14th Dalai Lama. Pema Dorji (; 1936–2009) was a Bhutanese doctor (''drungtsho'') of traditional Bhutanese and Tibetan medicine, was the first person to institutionalize traditional medicine in Bhutan. Pema Diki Sherpa () is from Simigau, Gauri Sankar (village), Gauri Sankar, Dolakha District, Nepalese mountain climber.
