Matthew Peart ( ; born June 11, 1997) is a Jamaican-American professional football offensive tackle for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UConn Huskies and has previously played in the NFL for the New York Giants. Early life Peart was born in Kingston, Jamaica and his family immigrated to the United States when he was four years old, settling in The Bronx, New York. Stirling Benjamin Peart (December 24, 1890 – November 26, 1963) was an American rugby union player who played wing for the United States men's national team in its first two capped matches in 1912 and 1913. Biography Peart was born on December 24, 1890, in California, the son of Benjamin Franklin Peart and Sophia Elizabeth Peart (born Fiske). Peart went to school at Woodland High School and later attended the University of California, graduating in 1915 with a degree in Agriculture. In 1910, Peart coached rugby at Woodland High School. While at the University of California, Peart sang in the glee club, played for the school's rugby team, and became a member of the Beta Xi chapter of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. Rush was a Canadian rock music, rock band formed in Toronto in 1968 that consisted primarily of Geddy Lee (vocals, bass, keyboards), Alex Lifeson (guitars) and Neil Peart (drums, percussion). The band's original line-up consisted of Lifeson, drummer John Rutsey, and bassist and vocalist Jeff Jones (bassist), Jeff Jones, whom Lee immediately replaced. Myles Spencer Peart-Harris (born 18 September 2002) is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for club Brentford. Peart-Harris is a graduate of the Chelsea Academy and transferred to Brentford in 2021. He was capped by England at U16 level. Michael Peart is a retired Irish judge who served as a Judge of the Court of Appeal from 2014 to 2019 and a Judge of the High Court from 2002 to 2014. Early life Peart attended Glenstal Abbey and obtained a BCL degree from University College Dublin. Following his education at the Law Society of Ireland, he was admitted as a solicitor in 1970. Alan McGregor Peart, (25 July 1922 – 5 September 2018) was a New Zealand fighter pilot and flying ace of the Second World War. He served in Europe with No. 610 Squadron, and with No. 81 Squadron in North Africa, Malta, Sicily, Italy and the Far East. He is credited with the destruction of six enemy aircraft, plus a share in another aircraft destroyed.
