Paul Clark is a composer based in London. Early life and education Clark was born in West Kirby in 1968. He studied classical guitar with Lee Sollory. Career Clark co-founded Clod Ensemble with director Suzy Willson in London in 1995. He has co-created all the company’s productions to date and written critically acclaimed scores for each - ranging from totally acoustic works, to multi speaker installations. With Clod Ensemble, recent works include dance theatre piece ''On The High Road'' (Southbank Centre’s Queen Elizabeth Hall, 2019); ''Silver Swan'' (Tate Modern Turbine Hall, 2011), an acapella piece for seven classical singers; ''An Anatomie in Four Quarters'' (Sadler’s Wells, Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff and The Lowry, Salford 2012-2016) which features electronics, live orchestral music and a rock band; and ''It’s a Small House and We’ve Lived in It Always'', a blues-inspired collaboration with Split Britches. Paul Clark (designer)
Paul B. Clark (born 1940) is a designer, design historian, model rocketeer and curator whose designs established his reputation with the birth of British pop culture in the 1960s. By printing silk-screened Pop decoration onto cheap, mass-produced products, Clark was among a group of young designers who undermined accepted ideas of good taste, by elevating everyday items into fashionable objects. Clark's interest in science and space travel led him to create model rockets for international competitions as well as commercial model rocket kits. He is the founder of the British Space Modelling Association. His archive is located at the University of Brighton Design Archives. Education Paul Clark was educated at Merchant Taylors' School, Northwood from 1954 to 1958. Paul F. Clark (born August 18, 1954) is an American writer who is professor of labor studies at Pennsylvania State University. He is head of the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations (until July 1, 2006, the Labor Studies and Industrial Relations). He also holds a professorship in the Department of Health Policy and Administration. Childhood and education Clark was born to Frederick and Bertha (Mahaney) Clark in 1954 in Millville, New Jersey. He received his bachelor's degree from Bucknell University in 1976. While working on his undergraduate degree, Clark worked for part of 1975 as a researcher for the United Mine Workers of America in Washington, D.C. He married Darlene Ann Gates in 1977. Paul Clark is an English musician best known as the keyboard player of post-punk band the Bolshoi. As a solo electronic artist, he released a digitally remixed collection of analog four-track recordings originally recorded between 1989 and 1991 titled ''Starship Oak'', and is currently working on a new album with producer Mick Glossop titled ''Merciana''. Career Shortly after moving to London, Clark formed The Intimates with Jo Broadberry (Jo Broadberry and The Standouts), Danique Osborne and Drew. Mick Rossi (Slaughter and The Dogs) and John Altman (Nick Cotton in ''Eastenders'') also made appearances on their only recording. Life and career Robert Paul Clark grew up in Stockton, Missouri, one of seven brothers and sisters. Before turning to poker, Eskimo Clark was a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he worked as a dental assistant. Clark first finished in the money at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the 1988 limit Omaha event. He has also made money finishes in the $10,000 No Limit Hold 'em Main Event in 1997 (19th) and 1998 (25th), where he was eliminated with pocket aces. Paul Gordon Clark (born 29 April 1957) is a British former Labour Party politician and who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Gillingham from 1997 to 2010. During his time in government, Clark served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to Derry Irvine, Charles Falconer, John Prescott, and Ed Balls, before being promoted in 2008 to the role of Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Transport. At the 2010 general election Clark was defeated by the Conservative Party candidate Rehman Chishti in the newly formed constituency of Gillingham and Rainham. In 2022, Clark pleaded guilty to possessing and distributing indecent images of children. In May 2023, he was sentenced to two years and four months in prison. Paul Nicholas Rowntree Clark (17 August 1940 – 6 October 2008) was a British circuit judge in the Courts of England and Wales. He was educated at Bristol Grammar School, New College, Oxford, where he was an open scholar, and Middle Temple, where he was Harmsworth Scholar. Called to the Bar in 1966, he practised principally on the Midland and Oxford Circuit, where he became a circuit judge in 1985, having been a recorder from 1981-85. He was President of the Council of Circuit Judges. He was elected the youngest Bencher of the Middle Temple in 1982 and was Master Reader in 2005. He was also Chairman of the Middle Temple Scholarship Committee, a role which he used to help numerous people gain a foothold in the profession.
