The album's second single, "Bum", was released eleven days later. ''Path'' released on March 9. He released a music video for "Bum" on June 6. Reception and legacy Ian Cohen of ''Pitchfork'' gave a 7.3/10 review. ''Chicago Reader'' Leor Galil also talked positively about the album. Kraus (shoegaze Musician)
Will Kraus (born 1994/1995) is an American shoegaze music producer. Background Kraus grew up in Dallas. As a kid, he listened to Good Charlotte, and the Linkin Park fandom encouraged him to produce music, initially in hip-hop and electronic beats. Around 2010, he was introduced to Sigur Rós, "broadening his aesthetic scope", and he later discovered Odd Future, Danny Brown, and A$AP Rocky. Around 2012, Kraus decided he wanted to pursue music as a career. He got an acceptance letter from the Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music at New York University. Career Kraus started working on his first album, ''End Tomorrow'', in early 2016. After finishing it, he emailed several labels and music writers. Brian Justie from Terrible Records accepted to release the album. ''End Tomorrow'' was released on September 9. Shoegaze (originally called shoegazing and sometimes conflated with "dream pop") is a subgenre of indie and alternative rock characterized by its ethereal mixture of obscured vocals, guitar distortion and effects, feedback, and overwhelming volume.Pete Prown / Harvey P. Terrible (formerly Terrible Records) is a Los Angeles-based record label and artist management company founded by Chris Taylor and Ethan Silverman in 2009. Originally based in Brooklyn, New York, the label operated as a joint venture imprint of XL Recordings and Beggars Group respectively. It was distributed by Universal Music Group. After a short stint as a imprint with Interscope, Terrible records is now distributed Independently via Stem Distribution. Over the past 4 years Ethan Silverman's focus shifted toward management. His current management roster includes Claud, Sir Chloe, Petey, The Hellp, Exum, The Slaps, Mila Degray, Kali, Liam Benzvi and more. The label was created in an attempt to spend more time working with and giving exposure to upcoming artists through the release of a number of 7" and 10" EPs. ''Pitchfork'' (formerly ''Pitchfork Media'') is an American online music publication (currently owned by Condé Nast) that was launched in 1995 by writer Ryan Schreiber as an independent music blog. Schreiber started Pitchfork while working at a record store in suburban Minneapolis, and the website earned a reputation for its extensive coverage of indie rock music. It has since expanded and covers all kinds of music, including pop. Pitchfork was sold to Condé Nast in 2015, although Schreiber remained its editor-in-chief until he left the website in 2019.
