Pat Savage
Patrick Savage (19 November 1882 – 9 November 1969) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper in the Scottish League for Cowdenbeath, Dunfermline Athletic and St Bernard's. He also served as assistant trainer at King's Park. Personal life Savage worked as a miner and his uncle James also played football as a full back for Cowdenbeath. In 1915, during the first 12 months of the First World War, he enlisted in the Fife and Forfar Yeomanry and his battalion would later become a member of the Black Watch. Savage saw action during the Mesopotamian campaign and on the Western Front. Pat Savage is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played for the Brisbane Broncos and Gold Coast Chargers. Savage, a recruit from the North Queensland region, played at Brisbane as a winger. Starting with the first Doc Savage story in 1933 and running throughout the pulp adventures, a group of recurring characters appeared either as Doc's supporting cast or antagonists. B Brigadier General Theodore Marley "Ham" Brooks Ham Brooks is one of the characters referred to as "The Fabulous Five", the primary assistants of Doc Savage, and first appears with the full name Theodore Marley Brooks.
