The secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is the Party leader, leader of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Zhang Dejiang (; born 4 November 1946) is a Chinese retired politician who served as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress between 2013 and 2018. He was also the third-ranking member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Chinese Communist Party from 2012 to 2017. Xue Ju () (died 618), formally Emperor Wu (武皇帝, "Martial"), was the founding emperor of a short-lived state of Qin at the end of the Chinese Sui dynasty, whose state was eventually destroyed by the Tang dynasty. He rose against Sui rule in 617 and soon controlled modern eastern Gansu, but while he had some successes against Tang forces, was not able to push toward the Tang capital Chang'an before dying of illness in 618. Over his long career, he served as the Communist Party Chief, and the top government official, of four different provinces: Zhejiang (twice), Shandong, Qinghai, and Sichuan.
