The secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is the Party leader, leader of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). As the CCP is the One-party state, sole ruling party of the China, People's Republic of China (PRC), the secretary is the highest ranking post in Hubei. Jiang Zhuping
Jiang Zhuping (; born November 1937) is a Chinese retired aerospace engineer and politician. He served as Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China and Governor and Party Secretary of Hubei. Biography Jiang Zhuping was born in November 1937 in Yixing, Jiangsu Province. He is the son of Jiang Nanxiang, who served as education minister of China. He joined the work force in 1956 and the Chinese Communist Party in 1960. He graduated in 1963 from the Harbin Military Engineering Institute with a degree in Guided Missile Engineering. Jia Zhijie (; born 1935) is a retired politician of the People's Republic of China. He was born in Jilin Province. He graduated from the Moscow Petroleum Institute in 1960, the same year he joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He served as governor of Gansu (1986–1993) and Hubei. Guan Guangfu
Guan Guangfu (; December 1931 – 16 April 2016) was a Chinese politician of Manchu ethnicity. He served as Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Hubei province from 1983 to 1994. Biography Guan was born in December 1931 in Muling, Heilongjiang Province in northeast China. He was a Manchu. He joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in July 1948. From 1947 to 1949 Guan worked as an accountant in Muling. In 1949, he was transferred to Hubei Province in central China, working in the provincial finance department. In 1964 he acquired a degree in finance from Hubei University through correspondence learning. In 1973 he became Vice President of the Hubei Branch of the People's Bank of China, and was promoted to President in 1978. Chen Pixian
Chen Pixian (; March 20, 1916 – August 23, 1995) was a Chinese Communist revolutionary and politician. He served in several prominent roles, including party chief of Shanghai and party chief of Hubei province. He was purged at the beginning of the Cultural Revolution but was later rehabilitated.
