Parthasarathy
Krishna (; Sanskrit: , ' in IAST, pronounced (Classical Sanskrit) and in ''Vedic Sanskrit'' is a Hindu deity worshipped across many traditions of Hinduism in a variety of different perspectives. In Hinduism, Krishna is recognized as the complete and eighth incarnation of Vishnu, or as the Supreme God ('' Svayam Bhagavan)'' in his own right. Raghuveer Parthasarathy
Raghuveer Parthasarathy (born 1976) is an American biophysicist, and an Alec and Kay Keith Professor of Physics on the faculty of the University of Oregon. Early life and education Born in 1976 in Mysore, India, Parthasarathy is the son of Sampath and Kalyani (née Rangaswamy) Parthasarathy. He became a U.S.citizen at age twelve in 1988 in San Diego, California. Parthasarathy earned an A.B. in physics in 1997 from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. physics in 2002 from the University of Chicago, with the dissertation, ''Electronic transport in arrays of gold nanocrystals'', advised by Thomas F. Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple
The Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple is a Hindu temple located near Aranmula, a village in Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, South India. It is dedicated to the God Krishna, an avatar of Vishnu, who is worshipped as Parthasarathy (Arjuna's charioteer). Constructed in the Kerala style of architecture, it is one of the " Divya Desams", the 108 temples of Vishnu revered by the Alvar saints. Thiruvenkatachari Parthasarathy (born 1 March 1941, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu) is a game theorist and distinguished Indian mathematician and the co-author of a book on game theory with T. E. S. Raghavan, and of two research monographs, one on optimization and one on univalence theory, published by Springer-Verlag. Subur Parthasarathy (1911 – 10 October 1966), born Subur Mugaseth, was an Indian educator and legislator. She was the first principal at Ethiraj College for Women, and served in the upper house of the Indian Parliament from 1960 to 1966. Early life Subur Mugaseth was born in Calicut, the daughter of Khodadad Mugaseth, into a family prominent in the city's Parsi community. Her only brother died in World War II. She attended the University of Madras and University of Oxford, and earned a master's degree in English, and completed a doctorate in 1936.
