The Parisi-Palermiti clan, is a criminal organization, originating from the city of Bari, having its stronghold mainly in the Japigia neighborhood, but with territorial control over many cities in the province of Bari. History The organization, historically led by Savino Parisi, known as "''Savinuccio'' ", currently in prison, appeared on the Bari criminal scene in the 1980s due to its control over drug dealing, particularly heroin, in the Japigia neighborhood. With the excessive power of drug dealing and extortion committed over the years by his clan, the boss Parisi would have accumulated a large amount of wealth, partly reinvested in real estate, partly made up of cash. Savino Parisi
Savino Parisi (14 December 1960) is an Italian criminal, one of the most important crime bosses of the Bari region, and one of the founders and heads of the Parisi-Palermiti clan. Biography Savino Parisi, known as "Savinuccio", made his way in the Bari crime scene with robberies, extortions and smuggling in the 1970s. Parisi soon became the right-hand man of Francesco Biancoli, known as Il Dado, who controlled the gambling dens and drug dealing in the Libertà district during the 1980s. The Capriati clan is a criminal organization, originating from the city of Bari, operating mainly in the historic centre of the city. History Active since the 1980s, the criminal organization has historically been led by Antonio Capriati, known as ''Tonino'', currently in prison where he is serving a life sentence. The clan is considered the most powerful and bloodthirsty criminal organization operating in the Bari area.
