Belite Orli Pleven () is a Bulgarian football club from the town of Pleven, currently playing in the A RFG Pleven, the fourth division of Bulgarian football. The team was dissolved in 2010, but was restored in 2014. History Foundation On 19 August 1931 in Pleven is founded the football club ''Belite Orleta''. The team name is changed to ''Belite Orli'' in 1932. In 1942 they are allowed to build own stadium called Spartak, but later the name is changed to Belite Orli Stadium. Pleven ( ) is the seventh most populous city in Bulgaria. Located in the northern part of the country, it is the administrative centre of Pleven Province, as well as of the subordinate Pleven municipality. Regional Football Groups
The Bulgarian Regional Amateur Football Groups () are the 4th and 5th level of the Bulgarian football league system. There are 41 groups called A Regional Football Groups and 19 B Regional Football Groups. Teams from B RFG are promoted to A RFG and A RFG teams are promoted to Third League. Competition format A RFG (or A OFG) has 28 regional geographically specified divisions, as some of the regions have more than one group. 28 teams are promoted to Third League at the end of every season. there are 9 B RFG (or B OFG) divisions registered for season 2015–16. OFK Spartak () is a Bulgarian municipality, municipal association football club from the city of Pleven founded on 10 September 1919. Svetoslav Barkanichkov (; born 1 March 1974) is a Bulgarian football coach and former player. Club career Born in Pleven, Barkanichkov was a squad member of numerous clubs in the top division of Bulgarian football, most notably becoming champion of Bulgaria twice - in 2001 with Levski Sofia and in 2004 with Loko Plovdiv. In the mid to late 2000s, he also donned the shirt of teams from Poland. The Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League (), commonly known as Treta Liga or Bulgarian Third League (currently known as the ELITBET Third League for sponsorship reasons), is the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. The Bulgarian Cup () is a Bulgarian annual football competition. It is the country's main cup competition and all officially registered Bulgarian football teams take part in it. The tournament's format is ''single-elimination'', with all matches being one-legged, except the semi-finals. The competition's winner gets the right to take part in the UEFA Europa League. If the winner has already secured a place through the Bulgarian A Professional Football Group, the team that has come ''fourth'' in the championship substitutes it. The competition has been dominated by Sofia-based clubs. They have won together a total number of 65 titles.
