P65 Road (Ukraine)
Road P-65 is a highway of regional significance in Ukraine. It connects two Border checkpoint, border crossings between Russia and Ukraine, "Mykolaivka" and "Katerinovka". The road passes through the Chernihiv and Sumy regions and goes across Semenivka, Chernihiv Oblast, Semenivka, Novhorod-Siverskyi, Shostka and Hlukhiv. Chernihiv Oblast (), also referred to as Chernihivshchyna (), is an administrative divisions of Ukraine, oblast (province) in northern Ukraine. European route E38 is a road part of the International E-road network. It runs between Hlukhiv, Ukraine and Shymkent, Kazakhstan. It is long. The E38 is the only signposted European route in Kazakhstan. While the country has a few E-routes other than the E38, none of those were signposted. Hlukhiv (, ; ) is a small historic List of cities in Ukraine, city on the Esman River. It belongs to Shostka Raion of Sumy Oblast of Ukraine. Population: It is known for being a capital of the Cossack Hetmanate after the deposition of Ivan Mazepa in 1708–1764. History Hlukhiv was first noticed by chroniclers as a Severian town in 1152. Shostka
Shostka (, ) is a city in Sumy Oblast, northeastern Ukraine. Shostka serves as the administrative center of Shostka Raion. Population: The city lies on the Shostka River, a tributary of the Desna (river), Desna, from which it gets its name. Shostka is an important centre of industry: in chemicals (see Svema) and in dairy, the Shostka City Milk Plant was recently acquired by the Bel Group. Semenivka (, ; ) is a small city in Novhorod-Siverskyi Raion, Chernihiv Oblast (province) of Ukraine. It hosts the administration of Semenivka urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Population: History Semenivka was founded as a Cossack sloboda in 1680 by Colonel of Starodub Regiment Semen Samoilovych, son of Ukrainian Hetman Ivan Samoilovych, and was privately owned by him and his descendants until 1861.
