Original Sin (comics)
"Original Sin" is a 2014 comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics. The story features Nick Fury and the Avengers (comics), Avengers investigating the murder of Uatu the Watcher (comics), Watcher, only to suffer trauma from what they see in his eyes. They also come into conflict with a group of misled self-appointed investigators led by Black Panther (comics), Black Panther and Punisher. Publication history Writer Jason Aaron and Mike Deodato conceived the "Original Sin" storyline as one in which different heroes worked together in different investigations to find out who murdered Uatu the Watcher (comics), Watcher. Deodato Taumaturgo Borges Filho, better known by his pen name Mike Deodato ( ; born May 23, 1963), is a Brazilian comic book artist. Early life Mike Deodato was born on May 23, 1963, in Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brazil. He is the son of comic artist Deodato Borges. Career One of Deodato's first works was a 1993 photo-realistic comic book adaptation of the television series ''Beauty and the Beast'' published by Innovation Publishing. Jim Cheung ( ; born 1972) is a British comic book artist, known for his work on the series such as ''Scion'', '' New Avengers: Illuminati'', ''Young Avengers'' and '' Avengers: The Children's Crusade''.
