The Oregon Housing and Community Services Department (OHCS) is the housing finance agency of the government of the U.S. state of Oregon. It administers programs providing financing assistance for single family homes, new construction or rehabilitation of multi-family affordable housing developments, and grants and tax credits to promote affordable housing. Oregon Legislative Assembly
The Oregon Legislative Assembly is the State legislature (United States), state legislature for the U.S. state of Oregon. The Legislative Assembly is bicameral, consisting of an upper house, upper and lower chamber: the Oregon State Senate, Senate, whose 30 members are elected to serve four-year terms; and the Oregon House of Representatives, House of Representatives, with 60 members elected to two-year terms. There are no term limits in the United States, term limits for either chamber.
