Order Of Princess Olga
The Order of Princess Olga () is a Ukraine, Ukrainian civil decoration, featuring Olga of Kiev and bestowed to women for "personal merits in state, production, scientific, educational, cultural, charity and other spheres of social activities, for upbringing children in families". It was established by President of Ukraine, Presidential Decree No. 827/97 of 15 August 1997 and has three grades (classes), the first being the highest. The 1st grade medal is adorned with four rectangular amethysts and features a gilded ornament with silver parts. The two other grades also feature precious stones. Both Ukrainian citizens and foreigners are eligible for the order. The order can be rescinded by the President of Ukraine if a bearer is convicted of a serious crime. In 2020, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine established own "Order of Saint Equal-to-Apostle Princess Olga". Order For Courage
The Order for Courage () is a Ukrainian award established by Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma on August 21, 1996. Design by Ukrainian artist Mykola Lebid. Awards of the President of Ukraine for Courage Before August, 1996, personal bravery had been honoured with Awards of the President of Ukraine for Courage: the Star for Courage and the Cross for Courage instituted on April 29, 1995. On August 21, 1996, they were transformed into three classes of the Order for Courage. Recipients of Awards of the President of Ukraine, such as the Star for Courage and the Cross for Courage, are considered to be equal to the recipients of the Order for Courage and they are recognised as holders of the Order for Courage retaining the right to wear decorations that have been granted. Hanna Oleksiivna Havrylets (11 April 195827 February 2022, ) was a Ukrainian composer. Biography She was born in , Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR and received her early music education in her native village from Vasyl Kufliuk. She graduated from the Lviv Conservatory in 1958 where she studied with Volodymyr Flys. She continued her studies at the Kyiv Conservatory with Myroslav Skoryk, which she completed in 1984. In 1985, Havrylets became a member of the Composers' Union of Ukraine. She worked as a reviewer, and then took a position teaching at the Pyotr Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine in 1992. She was awarded the Ukrainian Shevchenko National Prize in 1999 and became a Merited Artist of Ukraine in 2005. Heidemarie Martha Stefanyshyn-Piper (born February 7, 1963) is an American Naval officer and former NASA astronaut. She has achieved the rank of Captain (naval), Captain in the United States Navy. Olha Valeriivna Saladukha (, born 4 June 1983) is a Ukrainian former triple jumper. Since the 2019 Ukrainian parliamentary election she is a member of the Ukrainian parliament. Biography Saladukha took up athletics at the same club as Sergey Bubka, originally as a sprint hurdler before switching to triple jumping. In 1998 she set a European age-group record of 13.32 meters. Subsequently, she finished fifth at the 2002 World Junior Championships in Athletics. Atena-Sviatomyra Vasylivna Pashko (; 10 October 1931 – 20 March 2012) was a Ukrainian chemical engineer, poet, and social activist in the Ukrainian rights movement.
