Onomatopoeia (comics)
Onomatopoeia is a supervillain appearing in comic books published by DC Comics, usually as an enemy of Green Arrow and Batman. Created by writer Kevin Smith and artist Phil Hester, the character first appeared in ''Green Arrow'' (vol. 3) #12 (March 2002). Daya Vaidya portrayed a female version of the character — Peia Mannheim — in the third season of the television series '' Superman & Lois''. Matt Wagner (born October 9, 1961) is an American comics artist and writer who is best known as the creator of the series ''Mage (comics), Mage'' and ''Grendel (comics), Grendel''. Early life, family and education Matt Wagner's childhood was spent in central Pennsylvania (near State College, Pennsylvania) and in Front Royal, Virginia. His mother was an English teacher, and his father (a World War II veteran) worked for a "synthetic fibers corporation". Even during his grade school years, Wagner knew he wanted to create comic books. He was in the Class of 1979 at Warren County High School (Virginia), Warren County High School in Front Royal, Virginia. For two years he attended college in Virginia at James Madison University, but he transferred to art school at Philadelphia College of Art. Alexander Luthor Jr. is a fictional character appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. The son of Earth-Three's Lex Luthor, he played a large role in the ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' and ''Infinite Crisis'' events. Polo
Polo is a stick and ball game that is played on horseback as a traditional field sport. It is one of the world's oldest known team sports, having been adopted in the Western world from the game of Chovgan (), which originated in ancient Iran, dating back over 2,000 years. Walt Flanagan
Walter Flanagan is a former comic book store manager, reality television personality, podcaster, and comic book artist. Flanagan is a long-time friend of Kevin Smith, and (according to Smith's book '' Silent Bob Speaks'') it was Flanagan who turned Smith on to comic books. He formerly managed Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash in Red Bank, New Jersey. Flanagan was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, grew up in nearby Highlands and attended Henry Hudson Regional High School with Smith. Flanagan is the co-host of the '' Tell 'Em Steve-Dave!'' podcast with longtime friends Bryan Johnson and Brian Quinn.
