Omnitruncated Polyhedron
In geometry, an Omnitruncation, omnitruncated polyhedron is a truncation (geometry), truncated quasiregular polyhedron. When they are Alternation (geometry), alternated, they produce the snub polyhedron, snub polyhedra. All omnitruncated polyhedra are considered as zonohedron, zonohedra. They have Wythoff symbol ''p q r , '' and vertex figures as ''2p.2q.2r''. More generally, an omnitruncated polyhedron is a bevel operator in Conway polyhedron notation. A cuboctahedron is a polyhedron with 8 triangular faces and 6 square faces. A cuboctahedron has 12 identical vertex (geometry), vertices, with 2 triangles and 2 squares meeting at each, and 24 identical edge (geometry), edges, each separating a triangle from a square. As such, it is a quasiregular polyhedron, i.e., an Archimedean solid that is not only vertex-transitive but also edge-transitive.
