''OMNI'' is the sixth studio album by American metalcore band the Browning. It was released on November 8, 2024, their first album with the FiXT record label. Promotion Six singles were released in advance of the album, with the first single "Poison" released a year prior, on September 27, 2023. Another single, "Misery.exe", features Nik Popovic, best known as Nik Nocturnal on YouTube and guitarist for Termina and I, the Breather. Touring In March and April 2024, the band promoted the album in advance via a North American tour with Upon a Burning Body, VCTMS, and Hollow Front. The band will also tour in January and February 2025 with Dropout Kings, Filth, and The Defect, vocalist Jonny McBee's side-project with his wife Moon. The Browning
The Browning is an American electronicore band formed in Kansas City, Missouri in 2005. The band's musical style is characterized by an eclectic blending of electronicore and deathcore. The group currently consists of vocalist Jonny McBee, drummer Brandon Funera, and bassist/guitarist Akeem Bivens. They are currently signed to FiXT. The band has released six studio albums and two EPs. History Formed in early 2005, The Browning was originally a solo project of Jonny Mcbee. Later, the rapper Matt Keck joined the project. Later on in 2010, Matt Keck left The Browning to be a comedian, and appeared on ''Tosh.0'' in a viewer video titled "I'm a Snake". The two EPs saw a change in style as drummer Noah Robertson, guitarist Brian Cravey, and bassist Jesse Glidewell joined. In late 2011, Brian Cravey was replaced with Collin Woroniak, and they released their video for "Bloodlust". Upon a Burning Body is an American metalcore band from San Antonio, Texas, formed in 2005. It currently consists of vocalist Danny Leal, guitarist Ruben Alvarez, drummer Tito Felix and bassist Thomas Alvarez. History Their second studio album, ''Red. White. Green.'', debuted at No. 105 on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200 in 2012. Dropout Kings (formerly Phoenix Down) is an American rap metal band from Phoenix, Arizona, United States, that formed in 2016. They are currently signed to Suburban Noize Records. Dropout Kings have released two albums: ''Audiodope'' (released August 10, 2018) and ''Riot Music'' (released 5 May 2023), and one EP: ''GlitchGang'' (released April 6, 2021). History Dropout Kings was founded by Adam Ramey after his previous band The Bad Chapter broke up in 2015. Hollow Front is an American metalcore band from Grand Rapids, Michigan, formed in 2016. The band currently consists of vocalist Tyler Tate, guitarist Lee Albrecht, drummer Frankie Mish and bassist Davion Cuttler. History Formed in 2016, the band released their debut EP ''Homewrecker'' in 2017, followed by ''Still Life'' the following year. In 2019, they released their debut studio album ''Loose Threads''. I, the Breather was an American metalcore band from Baltimore, Maryland. Formed by Shawn Spann, Justin Huffman and Morgan Wright in late 2009, the group was signed to Sumerian Records and had released three albums through the label before announcing their disbanding in 2015. In 2020, the band briefly reformed with new members and put out two new songs before retiring again. History The band was formed by lead vocalist Shawn Spann during 2007 as a side project. After spending a couple years sifting through bands/members to find the right members for I the Breather, Shawn Spann was introduced to Justin Huffman and Morgan Wright by mutual friends.
