Omid Ebrahimi
Omid Ebrahimi ( fa, امید ابراهیمی; born 16 September 1987) is an Iranian footballer who plays for Al-Shamal and Iran’s National Team as a defensive midfielder. Early years Omid Ebrahimi was born in Zarandin-e Sofla, a village located in Neka County. Club career Omid Ebrahimi was discovered by Amir Ghalenoei in 2011. He started his career in Esteghlal Dargahan. He joined Sepahan in 2010 after spending the previous season at Shahrdari Bandar Abbas in the Azadegan League. Ebrahimi's first competitive appearance came in the Iran Pro League match against Rah Ahan on 27 July 2010, where he played the full 90 minutes. On 10 June 2014, Ebrahimi signed a two-year contract with Esteghlal. Afghan National Football Team
The Afghanistan national football team ( ''Tīm-e Millī-e Fūtbāl-e Afghānestān'') is the national football team of Afghanistan and is controlled by the Afghanistan Football Federation. Ardeshir "Amir" Ghalenoei ( fa, , born 21 November 1963 in Tehran, Iran) is an Iranian football coach and former player who currently manages Gol Gohar Sirjan. He has been the most successful coach in the Iran Pro League and managed several clubs, including Esteghlal, Mes Kerman, Sepahan S.C. and Tractor, with two of which he won a total of five championships and two Hazfi Cup titles. He was also the head coach of Iran national football team from August 2006 to July 2007 where he managed the team for the 2007 AFC Asian Cup where Iran was eliminated in the quarter-finals. The 2010–11 Persian Gulf Cup (also known as Iran Pro League) was the 28th season of Iran's Football League and tenth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. Sepahan were the defending champions. The 2009–10 Azadegan League was the 19th season of the Azadegan League and ninth as the second highest division since its establishment in 1991. The season featured 19 teams from the 2008–09 Azadegan League, three new teams relegated from the 2008–09 Persian Gulf Cup: Payam Mashhad, Damash and Bargh Shiraz and four new teams promoted from the 2008–09 2nd Division: Sanati Kaveh, Foolad Novin, Mes Sarcheshmeh and Naft Tehran. The 2015 AFC Asian Cup was the 16th edition of the men's AFC Asian Cup, a quadrennial international football tournament organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
