Nykvarn
Nykvarn () is a locality and (since 1999) the seat of Nykvarn Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden with 7,560 inhabitants in 2017. 1971-1998 it was a part of Södertälje Municipality. Nykvarn is the hometown of such bands as Hyena Breed, Feed Filiph, From Zero to Hero and Aldiureep, as well as Stanley Cup winner Carl Hagelin. The city hosts the annual rock and metal festival called Moshpit Open Festival. Nykvarn Municipality
Nykvarn Municipality (''Nykvarns kommun'') is a municipality in Stockholm County in east central Sweden. Its seat is located in the town of Nykvarn. Nykvarn is a young municipality, and is the result of the splitting of Södertälje Municipality in 1999. Nykvarn can be regarded as a totally new municipality, because there was never before an entity with that territory or that name. The municipality has a significant population increase in the summer thanks to tourism. Nykvarn is located between the two cities Södertälje and Strängnäs, and many citizens of Nykvarn work in either. Archeological finds show the area to have been inhabited for about 5,000 years, similar to its neighbouring municipalities around Lake Mälaren. Besides graves from the Stone Age, there is also an interesting runestone that can be visited that is listed in the Rundata catalog as Sö 338. Södertälje Municipality (''Södertälje kommun'') is a municipality in Stockholm County in east central Sweden. Its seat is located in the city of Södertälje. It borders to Lake Mälaren in the north and the Baltic Sea in the south, and within the Stockholm County to Nykvarn Municipality and Salem Municipality and also border Södermanland County and its municipals Gnesta and Trosa. Carl Hagelin
Carl Oliver Hagelin (born 23 August 1988) is a Swedish professional ice hockey player for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hagelin was drafted by the New York Rangers in the sixth round, 168th overall, of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Hagelin has won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2016 and 2017. He also played the most playoff games of any NHL player in the 2010s decade, with 128. Margó Ingvardsson (born 16 February 1941) is a Swedish physiotherapist and retired politician. She was a Member of the Riksdag for the then Left Party Communists between 1983 and 1991. Moshpit
Moshing (also known as slam dancing or simply slamming) is an extreme style of dance, dancing in which participants push or slam into each other, typically performed to "aggressive" live music such as heavy metal music, heavy metal and punk rock. Moshing usually happens in the center of the crowd, generally closer to the stage, in an area called the "mosh pit". It is intended to be energetic and full of body contact. The Stanley Cup (french: La Coupe Stanley) is the championship trophy awarded annually to the National Hockey League (NHL) playoff champion.
