Nokia 6120 Classic
The Nokia 6120 classic is a mid-range mobile phone from Nokia that was announced on 17 March 2007. It runs on Symbian v9.2 with a S60 3rd Edition FP1 user interface. It was the second Nokia handset, after 3110 classic, to use the 'classic' suffix, consisting of balanced, mid-range candybar phones in the 6xxx and 3xxx numbered lines. It is the first Nokia UMTS / HSDPA dual band phone which also features quad band GSM, supporting both 2G and 3G/UMTS networks. Despite its small and sleek size in a classic candybar form, it still retained standard S60 features and also has HSDPA (3.5G), the fourth from Nokia to do so after the N95, E90 and 6110 Navigator. The S60 Platform, originally named Series 60 User Interface, is a discontinued platform (computing), software platform and graphical user interface for Mobile app, smartphones that runs on top of the Symbian operating system. It was created by Nokia based on the 'Pearl' interface from Symbian Ltd. Pop-Port
The Pop-Port interface (originally codenamed "Tomahawk") was a proprietary plug-in port for accessories and data synchronisation, available with many Nokia mobile phones. The port consists of one metal pin on either end, and a plastic tab containing thirteen contacts. The UMTS frequency bands are radio frequencies used by third generation (3G) wireless Universal Mobile Telecommunications System networks. They were allocated by delegates to the World Administrative Radio Conference (WARC-92) held in Málaga-Torremolinos, Spain between 3 February 1992 and 3 March 1992. Nokia E90
Nokia E90 Communicator is a high-end 3G mobile phone from Nokia, the fifth generation and final Communicator, also part of the Eseries. It was announced on 11 February 2007 at the 3GSM show in Barcelona. It succeeded the Nokia 9500 Communicator as the company's flagship business-oriented device. Its clamshell form and design are reminiscent of older palmtop computers. Unlike its predecessors, the E90 runs on the S60 platform of Symbian OS (3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 and v9.2 respectively). The Nokia N95 is a smartphone produced by Nokia as part of their former Nokia Nseries, Nseries line of multimedia mobile phones. In telecommunications, a multi-band device (including (2) dual-band, (3) tri-band, (4) quad-band and (5) penta-band devices) is a communication device (especially a mobile phone) that supports multiple radio frequency bands. High Speed Packet Access (HSPA) is an amalgamation of two mobile protocols—High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and High Speed Uplink Packet Access (HSUPA)—that extends and improves the performance of existing 3G mobile telecommunication networks using the WCDMA protocols.
