New Seeker
New Seeker was a racehorse owned by Elite Racing Club. He was foaled on 1 March 2000. His sire was Green Desert and his dam was Ahbab. New Seeker raced solely on the Flat. His first race was on 21 September 2002 and his final race was on 30 May 2008. He won two major flat handicap races in the UK during 2003. These races were the Britannia Stakes (Handicap) at Royal Ascot on 19 June 2003 and the Tote International Stakes Showcase Handicap at Ascot on 26 July 2003. He again won two major flat handicap races in 2005. These races were the Royal Hunt Cup (Heritage Handicap) at Royal Ascot at York on 15 June 2005 and the Totesport International Stakes Heritage Handicap at Newbury on 23 July 2005. Elite Racing Club
{{unreferenced, date=September 2011 Elite Racing Club is a horse racing club. In 1992, Tony Hill purchased a racehorse and named it “Elite Reg” to promote his company Elite Registrations. Although this horse didn’t become a well known name in the horseracing world, this became the trigger to start Elite Racing Club. The now 10,000 members pay an annual fee (£199) to join the club and renewal discounts are available after the first year of membership. Members receive a share of the prizemoney earned by the club's horses. Additionally they receive a weekly newsletter, plus options to visit both the stables as well as courses where the club's horses are racing, with opportunities for members to gain both paddock and winner enclosure entry. Paul Cole
Paul F. I. Cole (born 11 September 1941) is a British racehorse trainer. Since 1987 he has been based at Whatcombe Estate in Berkshire, the former stables of Dick Dawson and Arthur Budgett. He was British flat racing Champion Trainer in 1991, the year in which he trained Generous to win the Epsom Derby. Notable owners he has trained for include Prince Fahd bin Salman and Martyn Arbib, and regular jockeys have been Richard Quinn and Alan Munro. Newbury Racecourse is a racecourse and events venue in the civil parish of Greenham, adjoining the town of Newbury in Berkshire, England. It has courses for flat races and over jumps. Green Desert (16 April 1983 – 9 September 2015) was an American-bred, British-trained Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. Racing career 1985: two-year-old season After finishing second on his racecourse debut, Green Desert won the July Stakes over six furlongs at Newmarket Racecourse. He then finished second to Nomination in the Richmond Stakes at Goodwood before dropping back to five furlongs to win the Flying Childers Stakes at Doncaster Racecourse. The Royal Hunt Cup is a flat handicap horse race in Great Britain open to horses aged three years or older. It is run at Ascot over a distance of 1 mile (1,609 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in June. History The event was established in 1843, and it was originally contested on a right-handed course over 7 furlongs and 166 yards.
