New Moscow Constituency
The New Moscow Constituency (No.202) is a Russian legislative constituency in Moscow. It is covers New Moscow and the city of Troitsk - large territory to the South-West of Moscow added to the region in 2012 from parts of Moscow Oblast. In 2016 the New Moscow constituency was created from parts of Podolsk constituency of Moscow Oblast and former Universitetsky constituency of Western Moscow. Dmitry Vadimovich Sablin (Дми́трий Вади́мович Са́блин; born September 5, 1968) is a Ukrainian-born Russian politician, who has served as a Member of the State Duma since 2016, having previously held the office between 2003 and 2013. Sablin served a Senator from Moscow Oblast from 2013 to 2016. He is a member of the ruling United Russia party and represents New Moscow. Outside of parliament, he is the First Deputy Chair of the Fighting Fraternity (''Boyevoye bratstvo'') veterans organisations. New People (russian: Новые люди, Novyye lyudi) is a political party in Russia formed in Moscow on 1 March 2020. New People is considered a liberal party, and observers have called it centrist or centre-right. It was established in March 2020 by Alexey Nechayev, the founder of the Russian cosmetics company Faberlic. Nechayev was elected as party chairman during the second party congress, held on August 8, 2020. Alexander Davankov is the head of the party executive committee. In 2020, the party entered four regional parliaments on party lists, earning the right to participate in the 2021 elections to the State Duma without collecting voters' signatures.
