Never Say Die (Wig Wam Album)
''Never Say Die'' is the fifth studio album by Norwegian glam metal band Wig Wam, released on 22 January, 2021. It is the band's first album in nine years and their first following their reunion in 2019 after initially splitting up in 2014. The album was produced by the band's guitarist Trond Holter and recorded at Holter Studio and Stargate Studios. Release and promotion The band released "Never Say Die" And "Kilimanjaro" as singles ahead of the album's release, and performed a live-streamed concert at a release event for the album at Chateau Neuf on January 22, 2021. Restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic made it difficult to promote the album with media appearances and live shows, with the band only performing a few concerts that year and being dropped by their booking agency in January 2022. ''Wall Street'' is the fourth studio by the Norwegian glam metal band Wig Wam. It was released on 21 May, 2012, with the album's first single "Wall Street" released on 24 February. The album was produced by the band's guitarist Trond Holter. Like their previous album, ''Wall Street'' was recorded, mastered and mixed at the Rock Ranch Studio in Halden, Norway. Miscommunication between Wig Wam's Norwegian label and Frontier Records Frontier Records is an independent record label, started in 1980 in Sun Valley, Los Angeles by Lisa Fancher, a former employee of BOMP! Records and writer of the liner notes for the first album by The Runaways. History Frontier Records first ... caused the latter to use the "Wall Street" single artwork for the cover of the European album version. The artwork the band intended to use for the cover was used for the Norwegian and Japanese editions. Wig Wam is a Norwegian glam metal band formed in Halden in 2001.
