''Neptis quintilla'', the angled petty sailer, is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda and western Kenya. The habitat consists of open areas in wet forests with a canopy cover. The larvae feed on ''Acacia'' species. Paul Mabille (1835 – 6 April 1923) was a French naturalist mainly interested in Lepidoptera and botany. Mabille was born in 1835 in Tours, France. He was a member and President (1876–1877) of the Société entomologique de France and a member of the Société entomologique de Belgique.
