Natuzzi S.p.A. () is an Italian furniture company founded in 1959 by Pasquale Natuzzi, the group's executive board of directors' chairman. The company designs sofas, Armchair (furniture), armchairs, living room accessories, and bedroom furniture. It is headquartered in Santeramo in Colle, Apulia, Italy. History Natuzzi was founded in 1959 in Taranto, Italy by Pasquale Natuzzi. The company began industrial production of sofas and armchairs in 1967. In 1972, Natuzzi Salotti S.r.l. was founded. One year later, production was moved to Santeramo in Colle, where the Natuzzi Group's headquarters is currently located. A private label, also called a private brand or private-label brand, is a brand owned by a company, offered by that company alongside and competing with brands from other businesses. Mario Bellini (born 1 February 1935) is an Italian architect and designer. After graduating from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1959, he pursued a career in architecture, exhibition design, product design, and furniture design during the Italian economic boom in the late 20th century. He has worked with companies such as B&B Italia, Brionvega, Cassina, Heller, Flou, Yamaha, Olivetti, Renault, Rosenthal, Tecno, Riva 1920, Vitra, and Kartell.
