National Security And Defense Council
The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, ( NSDCU; , ''RNBOU'') or RNBO, is the coordinating state body of the executive power under the President of Ukraine on issues of national security and defense. It is a state agency tasked with developing and coordinating a policy of national security on domestic and international matters in advising the President of Ukraine (currently Volodymyr Zelensky). All the sessions of the council take place in the Presidential Administration Building (Kiev), Presidential Administration Building. The agency's membership is determined by the President, but it must include the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Ministry of Defence (Ukraine), Minister of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs (Ukraine), Minister of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ukraine), Minister of Foreign Affairs. Petra Bolbochana Street
Petra Bolbochana Street () is a street in the neighborhood of Zvirynets in the Pecherskyi District of Kyiv. It originates in Lesia Ukrainka Boulevard and is the location of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. History The street originated in the 19th century under the name Tserkovna (from the nearby Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist, destroyed in the 50s of the 20th century). In 1940, the street has acquired the name Leytenantska, from the former Suvorov school located along it (the name was confirmed in 1944). In 1977, it was renamed Komandarma Kamenev Street, in honor of the Soviet military figure Sergey Kamenev. Andriy Yevhenovych Kostin (; born 17 April 1973) is a Ukrainian lawyer, politician and diplomat. He was elected as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in 2019. Kostin was a candidate in the 2021 competition to become the new head of the Ukrainian Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO). Oleksandr Stanislavovych Syrskyi (; born 26 July 1965) is a Ukrainian military officer. Holding the rank of four-star general, he has served as the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since .
