National People's Congress Financial And Economic Affairs Committee
The Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress () is one of ten Special committee of the National People's Congress, special committees of the National People's Congress, the national legislature of the People's Republic of China. The special committee was created during the first session of the 6th National People's Congress in March 1983, and has existed in every National People's Congress since. Functions According to the Organic Law of the NPC, the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee "reviews draft plans for national economic and social development, draft outlines of five-year plans, central and local draft budges, drafts of central final accounts, as well as relevant reports and adjusted plans, and the Committee brings forward preliminary review comments and reports on the results of the reviews thereafter". Han Yuqun
Han Yuqun (born 1943 in Suining, Jiangsu province) is a Chinese politician. He is vice-chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress. He was also governor of Shandong Province. Career Han Yuqun joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1975. He has served as deputy secretary of the CCP Jining City Committee in Shandong province, secretary of the CCP committee of Jining City, and head of the United Front Work Department of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. In 1993 he was elected member of the standing committee of the CCP committee of Shandong province. Han served as vice-governor of Shandong province from 1995 to 1998, and then as governor from 2003 to 2007. Mou Xinsheng
Mou Xinsheng (; born December 1943) is a Chinese politician who served as head of the General Administration of Customs from 2001 to 2008. He was a member of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was a delegate to the 11th National People's Congress. Biography Mou was born in Fufeng County, Shaanxi, in December 1943. In 1963, he was accepted to the Northwest University of Politics and Law, majoring in law. One year after graduation from university, he was assigned to a PLA affiliated farm. In May 1970, he became an official in the Tacheng Prefecture Public Security Office of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and served until December 1973, when he was reassigned to the Beijing General Petrochemical Plant. Wen Shizhen (; January 1940 – 27 July 2021) was a Chinese politician who served as governor of Liaoning from 1994 to 1998, party secretary of Liaoning from 1997 to 2004, and chairman of the Standing Committee of Liaoning People's Congress from 2003 to 2005. Shi Xiushi (; born July 1942) is a Chinese politician who served as governor of Guizhou from 2001 to 2006. He was a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th and 11th National People's Congress.
