Nation's Capital Swim Club
The Nation's Capital Swim Club (NCAP) is a swim club in the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area. The club was created in 1978 as the Curl-Burke Swim Club. It changed its name to NCAP in September 2012. In 2016 USA Swimming ranked it the top club in the nation as part of its USA Swimming Club Excellence program. Tom Dolan
Thomas Fitzgerald Dolan (born September 15, 1975) is an American former competition swimmer, two-time Olympic champion, and former world record-holder. Dolan grew up in Arlington, Virginia. John "Jack" Peet Conger (born September 26, 1994) is an American competition swimming (sport), swimmer who specializes in Butterfly stroke, butterfly and Freestyle swimming, freestyle events. He is an Olympic Games, Olympic Gold medal, gold medalist in the Swimming at the 2016 Summer Olympics – Men's 4 × 200 metre freestyle relay, 4 × 200 m freestyle relay from the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and the current American record-holder in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:37.35. Kathleen Genevieve Ledecky (born March 17, 1997) is an American competitive swimmer. She has won seven Olympic gold medals and 19 world championship gold medals, the most in history for a female swimmer. Ledecky's six individual gold medals at the Olympics, 14 individual gold medals at the World Aquatics Championships, and 22 overall medals at the World Aquatics Championships are records in women's swimming.
