Nacka Metro Station
Nacka is a future station on the Stockholm Metro's Blue Line. Scheduled to open in 2030, the station is part of the Blue Line extension from Kungsträdgården to Nacka. The station will be located around 40 meters beneath Road 222, close to Nacka Forum shopping centre. It is unrelated to the similarly named Nacka station on the Saltsjöbanan, which is located around 2km to the east. Location and entrances Nacka station will feature three main entrances. The primary entrance will be near Vikdalsbron, with another entrance across Vikdalsvägen near the planned Nacka city park. An additional entrance will be constructed at Jarlabergsvägen. The station will have transfer options to bus services connecting to other parts of Nacka and Stockholm. Many of the Nacka busses currently terminating at Slussen will be moved to a new bus terminal at Nacka metro station. Nacka
Nacka () is the municipal seat of Nacka Municipality and part of Stockholm urban area in Sweden. The municipality's name harks back to a 16th-century industrial operation established by the Crown at Nacka farmstead where conditions for water mills are good. However, and somewhat confusingly, that spot is not densely populated today and the municipal seat is on land that once belonged to Järla farmstead on the other side of Lake Järla. Järla Metro Station
Järla is a future station on the Stockholm Metro's Blue Line in Nacka municipality. Scheduled to open in 2030, the station is part of the Blue Line extension from Kungsträdgården to Nacka. The station will be located around 40 meters beneath Värmdövägen and Birkavägen in Järla, Nacka. Location and entrances Järla station will feature two main entrances. The primary entrance will be located at a new square on Värmdövägen, and a second entrance will connect to Birkavägen. The station will be located near the Saltsjöbanan's Saltsjö-Järla station, though without a direct connection between the two stations. Construction of the station is coinciding with the development of around 600 new residential units in the area. Kungsträdgården Metro Station
Kungsträdgården is a station of the Stockholm Metro, located in the district of Norrmalm. It is the end station of line 10 and line 11, and was opened on 30 October 1977, as the 91st station and part of the one-station extension from T-Centralen. The platform is located approximately 34 meters underground. The station features relics rescued from the many buildings pulled down during the redevelopment of central Stockholm during the 1950s and 1960s throughout the station. The entrance to the station was originally intended to be in the park Kungsträdgården, but due to the Elm Conflict in 1971 these plans had to change. Flora and fauna The station is notable for its unique plant, animal and fungal life. It is the only place in Scandinavia where the ''Lessertia dentichelis'' spider can be found. Saltsjöbanan
Saltsjöbanan () is an electrified suburban rail system between Stockholm and Saltsjöbaden in Nacka, Sweden. It is in length and has eighteen stations in use. An average of 17,200 boardings are made on an ordinary workday (2019). The line is mostly single-track (with passing loops between Nacka and Saltsjö-Järla, and between Storängen and Saltsjö-Duvnäs), and is isolated from Sweden's national railway network, although both are built to compatible . The Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) classifies it as "light rail" in its maps. From January 2023 until December 2024, the entire Saltsjöbanan was closed for reconstruction, after the westernmost section from Henriksdal to Slussen had already been suspended since 2016. Nacka Municipality () is a municipality in Stockholm County in east-central Sweden. Its seat is located at Nacka. T-Centralen is the largest and busiest station on the Stockholm Metro. It is located in the Norrmalm district of central Stockholm, directly adjacent to Stockholm Central Station and Stockholm City Station, Stockholm City commuter train station. Drilling and blasting is the controlled use of explosives and other methods, such as gas pressure blasting pyrotechnics, to break rock for excavation. It is practiced most often in mining, quarrying and civil engineering such as dam, tunnel or road construction. The result of rock blasting is often known as a rock cut. Drilling and blasting currently utilizes many different varieties of explosives with different compositions and performance properties.
