NATO Eurofighter And Tornado Management Agency
The NATO Eurofighter 2000 and Tornado Management Agency (NETMA) is the prime customer and management body for two European multinational fighter jet programmes: the Eurofighter Typhoon and Panavia Tornado. Its offices are located in Hallbergmoos, Germany and it is staffed by civilian and military secondees from the participating states – the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain. History NETMA was established in 1996 to replace two former organisations – the NATO Multirole Combat Aircraft Development and Production Management Agency (NAMMA) and the NATO EFA Development Production and Logistics Management Agency (NEFMA). The Panavia Tornado is a family of twin-engine, variable-sweep wing multi-role combat aircraft, jointly developed and manufactured by Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany. Hallbergmoos is a Municipalities of Germany, municipality in the district of Freising (district), Freising in Bavaria in Germany. The Isar River flows west of the town.
