Māori mythology and Māori traditions are two major categories into which the remote oral history of New Zealand's Māori people, Māori may be divided. Tiki (mythology)
In Māori mythology, Tiki is the List of protoplasts, first man created by either Tūmatauenga or Tāne. John White (ethnographer)
John White (3 January 1826 – 13 January 1891) was an English public servant and ethnographer in New Zealand, known for his work on the history and traditions of the Māori people.
