Fidai Khan Koka
Fidai Khan Koka, born Muzaffar Hussain, was a Mughal noble who was the governor of Awadh and Lahore, Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. Aurangzeb had two Foster-brother, foster-brothers, Fidai and Bahadur Khan (Moghul General), Bahadur Khan, who was Aurangzeb's favourite. Fidai Khan was credited with leading construction on the Mughal gardens known as the Pinjore Gardens near Chandigarh, the Teele Wali Masjid (1658–1660) in Lucknow, and the Badshahi Mosque (1671–1673) in Lahore. Legacy Pinjore Garden was built during the early days of Aurangzeb's rule, however the exact dates of completion are not known. Since the time of Shah Jahan, the Mughal Empire, Mughals reserved the pavilions with Baluster, Balustered columns supporting the Trefoil arch, cusped arches only for the use of the Shahanshah and his immediate family, hence, it was likely built for Aurangzeb's personal use as a summer retreat. Muzaffar Hussain Baig
Muzaffar Hussain Baig is an Indian politician from Kashmir. He was the former Deputy Chief Minister of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. On Republic Day of 2020 he received India's third highest civilian honour Padma Bhushan. Baig was the founding member of Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party led by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and was named as Patron of the party post-Mufti's death in 2016. Early life He was born in Wahidna, a small hilly village in Baramulla district of the Kashmir Valley. He received his master's degree from Harvard Law School. Career He started his political career in 1996 with the Jammu and Kashmir People's Conference where he held the position of Vice-Chairman. In 2002, he fought the Legislative Assembly election with the Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party and won from Baramulla constituency. He was reelected in 2008.
