Stefano Ruffini
Stefano Ruffini (14 June 1963 in Rome – 7 December 2006 in Naples) was an Italian singer and voice actor. Biography He studied singing with Edda Dell'Orso and acting with Silvia Luzi. During his military service in the air force, he organized music evenings for the non-commissioned officers' club. One of these shows was filmed by Rai 3 and was seen by Grazia Di Michele, who noticed Ruffini's vocal talents. Philip Mariano Fausto Musica (1877 – December 16, 1938), also known as F. Donald Coster, was an Italian swindler whose criminal career spanned parts of three decades. His various crimes included tax fraud, bank fraud, and bootlegging. However, he is best known as the mastermind of the McKesson and Robbins scandal in 1938, one of the largest financial scandals ever perpetuated by a single person. Early life Musica was born in 1877 in Naples, Italy, to Antonio and Maria Musica. His family moved to New York City when he was seven years old. He grew up in Mulberry's Bend, a rough neighborhood in Little Italy. Philip would eventually have three brothers and a sister. ''Musica'' is a bronze statue that sits upon a grassy knoll in Nashville, Tennessee, at the center of a traffic rotary where the confluence of Division Street and 16th Avenue North happens, known as the Music Row Roundabout or Buddy Killen Circle. It is located directly across from Owen Bradley Park in Nashville's Music Row district. It was built as part of an urban renewal project for the Music Row neighborhood and unveiled in 2003. Musica was a South African-based music and film retailer. The first Musica-branded store was opened in 1992 and later in the same year was bought by Clicks Group for R1.2 million in 1992. In 2006, under pressure to change its business model due to the growth of online music purchases, the company expanded its range of products to film, video games, electronic accessories, branded clothing merchandise and books. In 2015 Clicks reported that its Musica brand did around R1 billion in turnover with that turnover declining by between 10% and 15% every year thereafter until its closure. The 2020 COVID pandemic and resulting lockdown was reported as the final nail in the coffin. On January 28, 2021, the company announced that it would be closing all its remaining 59 branches by the end of May 2021.
