Victor Olegovich Pelevin ( rus, Виктор Олегович Пелевин, p=ˈvʲiktər ɐˈlʲeɡəvʲɪtɕ pʲɪˈlʲevʲɪn; born 22 November 1962) is a Russian fiction writer. Plot The story "The Reconstructor" is written in the genre of a review of the fictional book "The Memory of the Fiery Years" by P.
