The Municipality of Grosuplje (; sl, Občina Grosuplje) is a municipality in central Slovenia. The seat of the municipality is the town of Grosuplje. It lies just south of the capital Ljubljana in the traditional region of Lower Carniola. It is now included in the Central Slovenia Statistical Region. Gradišče (), sometimes referred to as Gradišče pri Polici, is a small settlement in the Municipality of Grosuplje in central Slovenia. The area is part of the historical region of Lower Carniola, with its community being tied to the large neighboring village of Polica. Big Creek retention basin In 2022, a large retention basin was built along Big Creek west of the village to prevent flooding in Grosuplje.
