''Mumble Rap 2'' is the twelfth mixtape by Palestinian-Canadian rapper Belly. It was released on 19 May 2023 through XO and Roc Nation. The mixtape features guest appearances from the late Gil Scott-Heron, Nav, Gucci Mane, and Rick Ross. It was primarily produced by Hit-Boy, alongside the ANMLS, Prince85, Corbett, DannyBoyStyles, Nick Lamb, and Rogét Chahayed. It also serves as a sequel to Belly's previous mixtape, '' Mumble Rap'' (2017), which was primarily produced by Boi-1da. The mixtape was supported by three singles, "American Nightmare", "Ambiance", and the Rick Ross-assisted "Cocaine Spoon". It is the first of Belly's final three albums before retiring. Belly and Hit-Boy revealed the tracklist on 28 April 2023. Ahmad Balshe ( ar, أحمد بلوشي) (born 7 April 1984), known professionally as Belly, is a Palestinian-Canadian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born in Jenin, Balshe was raised in Ottawa. At twenty-one years old, he moved on to his main love hip-hop with the release of his debut mixtape, ''Death Before Dishonor: Vol. 1''. He then released eight additional projects in a span of six years, including his debut studio album '' The Revolution'' (2007), as well as two collaborative mixtapes, ''The Lost Tapes'' and ''The Greatest Dream I Never Had'', with Kurupt and DJ Drama, respectively. Jason Quenneville (born February 23, 1982), professionally known as DaHeala ( ), is a Canadian record producer and songwriter managed by SAL&CO. He has produced for artists such as the Weeknd, Halsey, Lil Uzi Vert, and Belly, among others.
