Morava Airport (/''Aerodrom Morava'') , also known as Lađevci Airport (/''Aerodrom Lađevci''), is a mixed public and military airport in Lađevci, Serbia – some from Kraljevo, from Čačak, and from Kragujevac. The airport has been divided into two distinct parts: civilian terminal building bears the name "Morava Airport" while the military part is "Lađevci Military Air Base". 2010 Serbia Earthquake
An earthquake of 5.5 and a maximum Mercalli intensity of VI (''Strong'') occurred on 3 November 2010 in central Serbia just several kilometers from the city of Kraljevo. The shock was felt across the country, including the capital Belgrade, and in neighboring countries. Two people were killed and over 100 suffered light injuries. There were 5,967 structures that sustained some damage, 1,551 declared unsafe for use and require repairment, and 138 were damaged beyond repair. There were more than 350 aftershocks, including a magnitude 4.3 earthquake on November 4. Background The earthquake had magnitude of 5.3 and took place at 01:56 local time (00:56 UTC). Boris Tadić
Boris Tadić, (born 15 January 1958) is a Serbian politician who served as the president of Serbia from 2004 to 2012. Born in Sarajevo, he graduated from the University of Belgrade with a degree in psychology. He later worked as a journalist, military psychologist, and teacher at the First Belgrade Gymnasium. The ATR 72 is a twin-engine turboprop, short-haul regional airliner developed and produced in France and Italy by aircraft manufacturer ATR. The number "72" in its name is derived from the aircraft's typical standard seating capacity of 72 passengers. The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) carried out an aerial bombing campaign against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo War. The Soko J-22 Orao ( sr-cyr, text=Oрао, translation=eagle) is a Yugoslavian/ Serbian twin-engined, subsonic ground-attack and aerial reconnaissance aircraft. It was developed and built in collaboration by SOKO in Yugoslavia and by Avioane Craiova in neighbouring Romania, being known in the latter as the IAR-93 Vultur. The Air Force of Serbia and Montenegro (, RVSiCG), also known as the Air Force of Yugoslavia (JRV; ) from 1992 to 2003, was the air force of the former Serbia and Montenegro.
