Monchhichi
is a line of Japanese stuffed monkey toys from the Sekiguchi Corporation, first released in 1974. They were licensed by Mattel in the United States until 1985, and later distributed worldwide directly by Sekiguchi. ''The Monchhichis/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show'' is a 60-minute American Saturday morning animated package show co-produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions and King World Productions and broadcast on ABC from September 10, 1983, to September 1, 1984. The show contained the following three segments: '' Monchhichis'', ''The Little Rascals'' and '' Richie Rich''. ''Monchhichis'' is an American animated series based on the stuffed toy line of dolls, released by the Japanese company Sekiguchi Corporation. Produced by Hanna-Barbera, it premiered on ABC on September 10, 1983 as part of ''The Monchhichis/Little Rascals/Richie Rich Show'', replacing '' Pac-Man'' (which had by then been given its own half-hour time slot) from the previous season. , is a dormant Japanese animation studio headquartered in Nemuro, Hokkaido, Japan. It is famous for its mecha anime throughout the 70s and 80s. Due to the losses incurred in Super High Speed Galvion and the bankruptcy of its sponsor, Kokusai Eiga-sha closed its animation unit, renamed itself to Movie International Company Ltd. (MIC), and became mostly dormant. It currently simply manages the copyrights of its anime.
