Mohammad Bakri
Mohammad Bakri (born 1953; , ) is a Palestinian actor and film director. Personal life Bakri was born in the village of Bi'ina in Israel. He went to elementary school in his hometown and received his secondary education in the nearby city of Akko. He studied acting and Arabic literature at Tel Aviv University in 1973 and graduated three years later. Bakri is married to Leila and together they have six children. His sons Adam, Ziad and Saleh Bakri are also actors. Acting and film career Bakri began his professional acting career in with Habima Theatre in Tel Aviv, Haifa theater and al-Kasaba theater in Ramallah. His one-man plays, ''The Pessoptimist'' (1986), ''The Anchor'' (1991), ''Season of Migration to the North'' (1993) and ''Abu Marmar'' (1999), were performed in Hebrew and Arabic. Bi'ina
Bi'ina or al-Bi'na (also el-Baneh) () is an Arab citizens of Israel, Arab local council (Israel), town in the Northern District (Israel), Northern District of Israel. Carthage Film Festival
Carthage Film Festival (Journées cinématographiques de Carthage, or JCC) is an annual film festival that takes place in Tunis, founded in 1966. It is also known by its Arabic title, ("Cinema Days of Carthage"). Initially biennial alternating with the Carthage Theatre Festival, the festival became an annual event in 2014. A directing committee chaired by the Tunisian Ministry of Culture, joined with professionals of the cinema industry, is in charge of the organization. Operation Defensive Shield ( ) was a 2002 Israeli military operation in the Israeli-occupied West Bank during the Second Intifada. Lasting for just over a month, it was the largest combat operation in the territory since the 1967 Arab–Israeli War. The operation began with an Israeli incursion into Ramallah, where Yasser Arafat was placed under siege at his compound.
