''Ministry of Sound Sessions Six'' is a dance music compilation album and sixth installment of the Ministry of Sound Australia "sessions" series. There are a total of 61 tracks spread across three discs. This was the first of the Sessions compilations to contain 3 disks, the previous having 2. Disc one was mixed by Goodwill, Disc two was mixed by Tommy Trash and Disc three was mixed by Dirty South. Remixes of tracks by some big-name artists on the compilation include The Presets, Calvin Harris, Lady Sovereign, Lily Allen, La Roux, The Ting Tings and The All-American Rejects. "Sessions Six" finished 2009 with the Number 2 position in the ARIA 2009 End Of Year Top 50 Dance Albums Charts and in position 4 of the ARIA Top 50 Compilations Chart for 2009. Track listing Disc 1. Dirty South (DJ)
Dragan Roganović ( sr-cyr, Драган Рогановић, ; born 15 November 1978), better known by his stage name Dirty South is a Serbian-Australian DJ, record producer and remixer based in Melbourne. Biography Born in Belgrade, SFR Yugoslavia, now Serbia, Dirty South's producing career developed in tandem with his DJing career. He got his start at the age of 13 after he relocated to Melbourne, Australia, where he currently resides. Influenced by everything around him, the artist started improvising with his old NEC Hi-Fi and mixing with the tape decks, and then started making bootlegs and mashups, which eventually led to getting a computer, software, and keyboard that resulted in his first official production in 2004 as Dirty South. Martin Laurent Picandet (; born 22 September 1976), better known by his stage name Martin Solveig (), is a French DJ, singer, songwriter and record producer. He hosts a weekly radio show called ''C'est La Vie'' on radio stations worldwide, including Radio FG in his homeland. He has been active since 1994. "Riverside" is a house song released by Dutch DJ Sidney Samson. The "Riverside, motherfucker!" proclamation is the voice of Tupac Shakur sampled from the film '' Juice'' (playtime 1:10:25). The song is often censored during prime time, to avoid causing offence. A vocal mix has been made featuring Wizard Sleeve, released in the UK on 4 January 2010. Sidney V. Samson (born 2 October 1981) is a Dutch DJ. He is best known for his track, Riverside, which was released in 2009. Career Samson started DJing at the age of 13, focusing on hip hop music before working seriously on house music from 1999. He is a resident DJ at The Matrixx, a major Dutch nightclub and released "Bring That Beat Back" and "It’s All Funked Up" on the digidance and Spinnin' Records labels respectively.
