Armen Darbinyan
Armen Razmiki Darbinyan ( hy, Արմեն Ռազմիկի Դարբինյան; born January 23, 1964) is an Armenian politician who served as Prime Minister of Armenia from 1998 to 1999. In 1994, he was appointed First Vice-Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia. In 1997, Darbinyan was appointed Armenian Minister of Finance. On April 10, 1998, he was appointed as the Prime Minister of Armenia until June 11, 1999. Since 2001, Armen Darbinyan has been rector of Russian-Armenian State University. David Sargsyan
David Sargsyan ( hy, Դավիթ Ռաֆայելի Սարգսյան; born 14 July 1977) is an Armenian politician who served as the Minister of Finance of Armenia from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, he held the position of the Chief of Staff (Secretary of the Cabinet) of the Government of Armenia from 2008 to 2013. During his tenure at the executive authority, he initiated a number of reforms. As the Minister of Finance he headed the activities of piloting the issuance of Eurobonds for Armenia and assuring Armenia's access to international capital market. Vache Vazgeni Gabrielyan (Armenian: Վաչե Վազգենի Գաբրիելյան; born November 24, 1968) is the Dean of the College of Business and Economics at the American University of Armenia. Previously, he served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia and the Minister for International Economic Integration and Reforms from 2014-2018. Vache Gabrielyan started his career in public service in 1990 as a staff member in the Armenian Parliament. After completion of his studies in the United States, he held various positions in the Central Bank of Armenia, where from 2008 to 2010 he acted as the Vice-Governor. For the succeeding three years (2010-2013) he headed the Ministry of Finance of Armenia.
