The Ministry of Culture of Romania () is one of the ministries of the Government of Romania. The current position holder is Natalia-Elena Intotero from the Social Democratic Party (Romania), Social Democratic Party (PSD). The Romanian National Institute of Historical Monuments, part of this ministry, maintains the List of monumente istorice in Romania, list of historical monuments in Romania. Natalia-Elena Intotero (born 14 January 1976) is a Romanian politician from the Social Democratic Party (Romania), Social Democratic Party (PSD) currently serving as Ministry of Culture (Romania), Minister of Culture and formerly as Minister of Family, Youth and Equality of Opportunity. Life In 1995 she graduated from the "Sabin Dragoi" Pedagogical High School in Brad, Hunedoara, Brad, and afterward worked part-time as a teacher at the "Horea, Cloșca and Crișan" General School which is also located in Brad until 2004. Natalia-Elena Intotero studied English language at the West University of Timișoara then studied international relations at the University of Bucharest. She became the director of the Horea school form 2008 to 2009 after her studies. In March 2009, she became secretary of state in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Hunor Kelemen (born 18 October 1967) is a Romanian politician and Hungarian-language writer. The current president of the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (UDMR), he has been a member of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies since 2000, and was nominated as his party's candidate for the 2009, 2014, 2019 and 2024 presidential elections. From December 2009 to May 2012 he was Romania's Minister of Culture in the Emil Boc and Mihai Răzvan Ungureanu governments, a role he has reprised between March and October 2014 in the government headed by Victor Ponta. Emil Boc
Emil Boc (; born 6 September 1966) is a Romanian politician who was Prime Minister of Romania from 22 December 2008 until 6 February 2012 and is the current mayor of Cluj-Napoca, the largest city of Transylvania, where he was first elected in July 2004. Boc was also the president of the Democratic Liberal Party (PDL), which proposed and supported him as Prime Minister in late 2008, from December 2004 until July 2012. On 13 October 2009, his cabinet fell after losing a motion of no confidence in Parliament. He was acting as the head of acting cabinet until a new prime minister and cabinet were confirmed by Parliament. The Democratic Liberal Party (, PDL) was a liberal-conservative political party in Romania. The party was formed on 15 December 2007, when the Democratic Party (PD) merged with the Liberal Democratic Party (PLD). On 17 November 2014 the PDL officially merged into the National Liberal Party (PNL), ceasing to exist. Theodor Paleologu (; born July 15, 1973) is a Romanian historian, diplomat and politician. Adrian Năstase (; born 22 June 1950) is a Romanian jurist, academic/professor, blogger, and former politician who served as the prime minister of Romania from December 2000 to December 2004. Răzvan Theodorescu
Emil Răzvan Theodorescu (22 May 1939 – 6 February 2023) was a Romanian historian and politician. He researched and wrote extensively on art history in particular. A member of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), he was a member of the Romanian Senate for Iași County from 2000 to 2004, and for Botoșani County from 2004 to 2008.
