The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (, ''Qazaqstan Respublikasynyñ Syrtqy ıster ministrı''; Russian language, Russian. ''Министр иностранных дел Республики Казахстан'') is an official in the Government of Kazakhstan, Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, responsible for ensuring the implementation of foreign policy. He/She heads the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kazakhstan), Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan can independently appoint and dismiss the minister without consulting the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Parliament. Beibut Atamkulov (, ''Beibıt Bäkırūly Atamqūlov''; born 19 May 1964) is a Kazakh politician and diplomat currently serving as the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development. Akmaral Haidarqyzy Arystanbekova (, ''Aqmaral Haidarqyzy Arystanbekova'') is a Kazakhstani diplomat who served the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic from November 1989 to December 1991.
