The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs (MSFA) is the junior minister within the Cabinet of Pakistan who serves as the second highest-ranking member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Pakistan), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, after the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Foreign Minister. During the absence of a Foreign Minister, Minister of State takes the ''de facto'' charge Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There were two such instances in the past; Siddiq Khan Kanju was the effective Foreign Minister from 1991 to 1993 and Inam-ul-Haq (diplomat), Inam-ul-Haq for four months in 2002. Siddiq Khan Kanju
Mohammad Siddiq Khan Kanju (born in Alipur Kanju village, Kahror Pacca), Lodhran district in Punjab province, Pakistan, died in Kahror Pakka in July 2001) was a Pakistani politician who served as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Education Kanju had his early education from Sadiq Public School in Bahawalpur, after completing his A-levels he went to Government College, Lahore, and graduated in English Literature. Afterward he went to Punjab University, Lahore and obtained an LLB. Politics After completing his law studies he decided to enter politics from his home constituency Kahror Pakka. In the 1977 general elections, he ran for the Provisional Assembly seat, but the elections were postponed. Nawabzada Malik Amad Khan
Nawabzada Malik Ahmad Khan , or simply Malik Ahmad Khan is the former Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and member of Majlis-e-Shoora from 2008 to 2013. He was one of the youngest members of the Cabinet of Pakistan. Early years Malik Amad Awan's grandfather Malik Amir Muhammad Khan, of Kalabagh was the Governor of West Pakistan from 1960 to 1966.
