Milena Baldassarri (born 16 October 2001 in Ravenna, Italy) is an Italian former individual rhythmic gymnast. She won silver in the ribbon final at the 2018 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, becoming the first Italian individual gymnast to win a silver medal in the World Championships. She also is the bronze medalist in the ball final at the 2022 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, as well as a four-time Team medalist in the World Championships (2018, 2021-2023). She competed in the individual all-around at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics, finishing within a top 8 position at both games. Baldassarri is the 2016 European Junior Team bronze medalist. Milena Kitic ( sr-Latn, Kitić; born 1968) is a Serbian American operatic mezzo-soprano. Biography Kitic was born in Belgrade, at the time in Yugoslavia. She graduated from the Mokranjac Music School in Belgrade. Her first professor was Anđelka Obradović. As a child, Kitic was a competitive gymnast in her native Yugoslavia. Kitic began her professional career with the Belgrade Opera at the National Theatre in Belgrade, debuting in 1989 as Olga in Tchaikovsky's ''Eugene Onegin''; she performed at this house for 8 years. Milena Jesenská (; 10 August 1896 – 17 May 1944) was a Czech Republic, Czech journalist, writer, editor and translator. She is noted for her correspondence with the author Franz Kafka and was one of the first to translate his work from the German language. After the Nazi Germany, Nazi invasion of Czechoslovakia, she joined a resistance movement to help Jews and other refugees. She died in Ravensbrück, a Nazi prison camp.
