Mid Valley SouthKey is a shopping mall in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. The mall opened on 23 April 2019, and it is one of the largest malls in the southern part of West Malaysia (between Melaka, Johor and Singapore). The mall is located within the SouthKey development, which is developed by SouthKey City Sdn Bhd. The Mid Valley SouthKey development also includes the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Johor Bahru (MVEC JB), 2 office towers and 1 hotel tower. The hotel tower is currently occupied by St. Giles hotel. Sultan Iskandar Building
The Sultan Iskandar Building (BSI; ) is a border checkpoint, customs, immigration and quarantine (CIQ) complex in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Located at the northern end of the Johor–Singapore Causeway, it is one of two land ports of entry to Malaysia on the Malaysia–Singapore border. The building was named after the late Iskandar of Johor, Sultan Iskandar of Johor. Built as part of the Southern Integrated Gateway project on the former site of the Lumba Kuda flats, Kampung Bukit Chagar, the building occupies an area of , making it the largest CIQ complex in Malaysia. The North–South Expressway Southern Route () is an interstate controlled-access highway running parallel to the southwestern coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The Johor Bahru Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway is a controlled-access highway entirely within Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. The expressway connects the end of the North–South Expressway Southern Route at Pandan to the Johor–Singapore Causeway in the city centre. The expressway was constructed to allow cross-border traffic to bypass the city centre and reduce congestion along Tebrau Highway, the existing main route to the causeway.
