''Mickey, Amelia & Spiegel'' was a local radio show that broadcast out of Baltimore, Maryland, on WIYY, 98Rock (97.9 FM). The morning show ran Monday through Friday from 5:30AM-10AM, starring Mickey Cucchiella, Amelia Ryerse and Josh Spiegel with their producer Scott Reardon. WIYY (97.9 FM, "98 Rock") is a commercial radio station in Baltimore, Maryland. It is owned by Hearst Communications and broadcasts a mainstream rock radio format. WIYY shares studios and offices with sister stations WBAL and WBAL-TV on Television Hill in the Woodberry section of Baltimore. WIYY's transmitter utilizes WBAL-TV's 'candlestick' antenna on the shared Television Hill candelabra tower. Josh Spiegel
Josh Spiegel (born July 25, 1975) is an American radio personality based in Baltimore, Maryland. He lives in Owings Mills, Maryland. Career Spiegel began his career in radio at age 12. He served as a radio intern at WPGC-FM and has worked on morning shows in Dallas, Denver, New York and Washington, D.C. Spiegel was also a news writer for the television stations WJZ in Baltimore and WJLA in D.C. On August 22, 2005, Spiegel joined the WIYY ''98 Rock Morning Show'' as a news man. He formerly broadcast on the show '' Out to Lunch with Big O and Dukes'' on the then WHFS 99.1. The ''Don and Mike Show'' was an American nationally syndicated radio talk show hosted by the shock jocks Don Geronimo and Mike O'Meara, which aired from December 1985 through April 11, 2008. The show debuted on WAVA-FM in 1985 as ''The Morning Zoo with Don and Mike''. The official name of the show became'' The Don and Mike Show'' when the duo moved to WJFK-FM in 1991. Michael "Mark" "Mike" Ondayko (born 1963) is an American radio broadcaster probably most remembered for his role at WIYY Baltimore (98Rock) where Mike/Mark Ondayko was co-host Kirk, Mark and Lopez (later Kirk, Mark and Spiegel) morning show. While at 98 Rock, Ondayko was a four-time co-nominee (with Kirk McEwen and R. Edward Lopez) for ''Active Rock Morning Show Personality of the Year''. Following Lopez's death from cancer, Kirk and Mark remained at 'IYY for several years before moving across town to CBS Radio's FM Talk station, WHFS (105.7).
